****Teams should arrive at 12 pm to begin checking in***** The competition begins at 1 pm. No outside concessions are allowed at the library so we cannot set up a concession stand for fundraising, however you may bring your own refreshments (to be consumed outside the competition area) or purchase from library snack bar. We have the conference rooms rented from 11 am to 6 pm, so set-up will begin at 11 and we hope that clean-up will be done by 6 pm. There is an outdoor balcony area for "hanging out", which has tall bistro tables with no chairs. You would be welcome to store coolers there, and even bring lawn chairs weather permitting. I don't know if we are allowed to take library chairs out there.

Site Host organizer will collect $20 on the day of competition when checking-in teams. Please prepare check or cash only.
Teams pay $50 upon registration to Robofest/LTU (Lawrence Tech) online, and then will pay $20 to Cristy Wade upon checking in on competition day to help offset the cost of the facility. Check is payable to Cristy Wade, and may be mailed in advance if you wish to 645 Bench Mark Trail, Belton TX 76513
There is a dirt lot on the corner of 8th and Martin Luther King Jr. Street for event parking. Enter main library doors and proceed upstairs (or up elevator) to conference rooms on 2nd floor.
