- Robofest coach account has been browse-only (no modification) after regional contests. You may not add new team members.
Editing team information is only allowed for correction of misspelled names and updated team/robot pictures.

. Exhibition teams need
poster boards. Competition teams do not need poster boards.
- No additional registration fees
- It is highly recommended to
bring your own extension cords and power strips for
laptops.

- There will be 5 official playing fields. The dimension of the track will be different from that of regionals.
- There will be 4 practice game tracks
- Unknown missions will also be different.
- Location of bottles is unknown;
when Cleanup Bot failed and had to be
restarted, all bottles were replaced on the designated field at random location after the 2nd robot is (re-)started.
Each field may have different locations [RULE UPDATE].
It may be different from the origonal location.
- Bring a flash light or lantern. This may be used for unknown missions.
- Judge's decision is final

Please note that team discussion time will be included in the 45 seconds.
Exhibition Presentation
There will be no separate team introduction time. Team introduction will be included in the 5 minute presentation and robot demo.
Award Trophies and Prizes
LEGO NXTs(Certificates), $2,000 LTU Scholarships, IntelliBrain Bots, LEGO Mindstorms, Hemisson, Scribbler, and of course Big Trophies,
etc. Details will be announced soon.
Notes to Teams that needs to stay a night in Southfield, Michigan

Robofest will pay for one night of hotel housing for
you and your team members. This year, our guests will be
staying at the Hawthorne Suites Hotel which is adjacent
to campus.
We will reimburse your team for
transportation expenses to and from the airport here in
Detroit. (Airfare is the responsibility of the teams.)
We will also provide a couple of meals while you are
here. Please contact Lori Birman [email protected] (or 248-204-3566) before you come.
- Welcome lunch and campus tour is being planned on Friday May 12th. Please check out information for visitors.
Notes to Teams and Spectators
- Admission is free. Parking is free.
- There will be a concession area so that you can buy lunch or you may bring your own lunch.
- Some Robofest T-shirts as well as promotion items can be purchased.
- We need to recognize students'
achievement in science and engineering fields.
Each team's achievement is remarkable and
needs to be celebrated!
