Ward Church in Northville invites Robofest teams to demonstrate robots during their VBS. Expected number of spectators is 1,000.

Demo Date & Time: Thursday, June 25, 5pm-7pm (including set-up)

WARD EVANGELICAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH / 40000 SIX MILE RD, NORTHVILLE, MICHIGAN 48168
Building Map, Use parking Lot A or D

Number of Teams Invited 10 - Coaches must contact Dr. Chung chung@ltu.edu to register.

Things to bring

Your robot(s)
Your computer to program your robot to adjust light values, if needed
Registration fee: None
Trophies, certificates, and medals you won to display (optional)
Exhibition teams may need poster boards to introduce the robotics project

LTU Robofest & Ward Church will prepare the following:

Team tables and chairs; extension power cords; power strips
One RoboZone game fields
One Mini Urban Challenge course
Participation gift for every student
Free Pizza Party at 5:30pm

Notes to Teams and Spectators

There will be no judges; this is not a competition
The event is open to the public.
Admission is free. Parking is free.
