Notes to Teams
- Robofest coach account has been browse-only (no modification) after regional contests. You may not add new team members.
Editing team information is only allowed for correction of misspelled names and updated team/robot pictures.

. Exhibition teams need
poster boards. Competition teams do not need poster boards.
- No additional fees
- It is highly recommended to
bring your own RoboRelay ball, extension cords and power strips for
laptops.
- There will be dedicated Junior practice tracks and senior practice tracks
RoboRelay Competition Rule
- There will be 4 official playing fields. The shape of the track will be different from that of regionals.
- Unknown missions will also be different.
- Rule Changes
- The first team in each competition division who gets a perfect score will get 2 additional extra points.
- Rule Clarifications
:
- If robots or the ball is touched by human players outside of the base, then Judges are
supposed to order restart immediately.
- The 2nd bot must stay on the board (must not fall off the board) in order to get full points for placing the ball into
the target crate. If the robot falls off, no points should be given.
- The extra 5 points will be given, if all the missions
are completed without any human help from the 1st bot till the last unknown mission.

- Junior Competition (7): First Place Performance, Second Place Performance,
Third Place Performance, Fourth Place Performance,
Programming Design, Creative & Robust Design, and Team Presentation Award.
- Senior Competition (5): First Place Performance, Second Place Performance,
Programming Design, Creative & Robust Design, and Team Presentation Award.
- Exhibition (5): First Place, Second Place,
Programming Design, Creative & Robust Design, and Team Presentation Award.
Notes to Teams and Spectators
- Admission is free
- There will be a concession area so that you can buy lunch or you may bring your own lunch.
