Robofest® 2005

Robofest  is an exciting annual autonomous robotics competition for students ages 5th – 12th grades.  Robofest  provides a playful learning environment for students to design, construct and program their robots. Robofest keeps students interested in science, engineering, technology, and mathematics.  Robofest allows students to compete in two ways:

Competition - Teams of students compete to accomplish robotics missions emulating real world environments. Teams may use any robotic platform and any programming language. l Junior Division: 5th – 9th grade l Senior Division: 9th – 12th grade. Exhibition - Teams have complete freedom to show off creative autonomous robotics project.

Robofest contests will be held at the national and international sites listed below.  Top winners from each site will be invited to compete at World Robofest, which will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan, United States.
