We made our demonstration project to act out The Tortoise and The Hare. We are performing this by creating two robots. One robot resembles a turtle, or a tortoise, and the other resembles a rabbit, or a hare. We are also making a scenery board.

*•º•º•THE HARE•º•º•*

        The hare is made with a single motor and has 1 rotation sensor. Although this robot cannot turn, it is good enough for what we are using it for. This particular robot is actually made to “jump”.

 

*•º•º•THE TORTOISE•º•º•*

        The tortoise is a 3 motor robot which, unlike the hare, can turn. We found that this robot truly resembles a turtle! Although we were missing some of the pieces that were necessary, we replaced them and the robot should still work very well. We are still in the process of building this robot.
